International Day of Persons with Disabilities cum Pre-Christmas Celebration.
Ferrando Speech and Hearing Centre joyfully celebrated the World International Day of Persons with Disabilities cum Pre-Christmas Celebration with warmth, gratitude, and festive spirit. The Chief Guest for the programme, Shrimati Fairlyneta Sun, District Social Welfare Officer, delivered a truly inspiring message, reminding everyone of the dignity, strength, and potential of persons with disabilities.
We were also honoured by the presence of Sr. Merly Tom, former Director of FSHC, whose support and encouragement added meaning to the occasion.
Around fifty members from various DPOs attended the celebration, witnessing the event with great enthusiasm. They also presented beautiful performances and expressed their appreciation through a heartfelt vote of thanks.
The students of FSHC presented touching, meaningful, and powerfully prepared programmes, highlighting both the spirit of the special day and the joy of Christmas. Their presentations left the audience deeply moved and uplifted.
The celebration truly reflected the message of hope, inclusion, and love—values that shine brightly during both Disability Day and the Christmas season.
